Very friendly. I've been to many nail salons and even though Stephen Alan's is not primarily a nail salon (Hair Salon really), I've never had a better experience having my nails done. They have a customer in me for a long time

I absolutely adore Heather and her staff. Professional, up-to-date on all the newest trends and products. Good prices on Paul Mitchell products, they accept Ulta deals. You've got to love the head and neck massage you get with every wash. Hand wraps, eye masks, face wraps, all free! Fabulous!

My nails were not shaped properly. I had to come home and file them so at least they were straight. The polish was on my cuticles so it curled and peeled in just a couple of days. This did not make the manicure last the desired 2 weeks. It is very obvious the nail tech is young and fresh out of school. She needs more practice. Nice young lady, but more focused on herself than the job at hand.
