Katie communicated throughout the entire process with me to understand what I liked and disliked. She offered me cookies and even threw in a free eyebrow waxing! Too awesome to be true!

Katie was super friendly and welcoming. Rather than just cutting my hair she explained each step to me and taught me how to style it. She was very open to my feedback and genuinely wanted me to be happy! I'll definitely go back!
