I rebooked. The technician was skilled and got right to business. There was wax left behind and I think she should have used a product to clean it off and then tell me what she uses to prevent in-grown hairs. I am not much of a salesman but we all have tricks of the trade. Great attitude and welcoming. Easy to chat with. While in butterfly position on my back I need rolled up towels under my legs.
