Building doors weree locked on Sat and no one opened them for me for 5 mins. Small space, kind of claustrophiboc but AMAZING views.

the room was bright - no curtains which ruined the relaxation experience. The massage therapist canceled appointment 2 hrs prior to my session.

I had a Brazilian waxing & I had told the esto that the wax was too hot for me on a couple of different occasions & although she blew on the wax to cool it off, it was still too hot & now I have burns down there. Also, she didn't get all the hair off in the nooks & crannies so in the event that I go spread eagle, there is a lot of missed hair. From the front you can't see it (she gave me a mirror to look at it just from the front and didn't go over looking at it from all angles) it wasn't as cleanly waxed as I liked. I discovered this when I got home and showered. Also, nowhere to park in DT Tacoma so I had to pay for parking & it's not validated. Not going back. Nice people but bad waxing.

The facial was great but the massage my friend and I had was horrible. We both had to ask the masseuse to apply more pressure and there was no difference. It was basically someone rubbing lotion on my body. There was no relaxing massage. She didn't seem to know how to massage at all. I regularly get massages and this woman just lightly applied lotion to my body. The esthetian actually gave me an excellent hand and foot massage. The masseuse was a huge disappointment. The waiting area was also very uncomfortable and cramped. The receptionist and esthetician were very attentive and friendly. The masseuse seemed like she didn't want to be there nor did she seem licensed or know what she was doing.
