Great classes and instructors, they will definitely make you sore for a few days after the class but super fun and addicting!! Would totally recommend this class (way better than the federal way place)

The instructor was in a bad mood or something - not pleasant at all to work with and a little scarey. This was a beginner class, not everyone will be as experienced or graceful as someone who has been doing this for a long time and had a lot more practice. It also was overbooked so some people in the class had to share a pole - awkward.
