Just stick to your 1200 calorie diet and drink lots of water. I've kept my weight off for the last two years, it is now time to go for more.

Not sure how everything worked. I thought I would need the shots only ended up having to buy other products so it would work. Not exactly what I thought and spending more money sucks. They changed their offer. So I got less.

Staff was very informative and friendly. Offered all available upgrades without pressure and in a warm environment.

They stayed late to accommodate signing me up and explaining the program. They did upsell me, but I was considering that but needed more information which they shared.
