The sales clerk was very helpful, directing me to 3 racks of shoes that were just what I wanted. I left quickly with a great pair of shoes. I called my friend to go - she had been looking for flip flops with arch supports too. She went, received great service, and called me to say how happy she is with her new flip flops.
