If you are using an e-coupon make sure they type the code in their system before you or your waiter/waitress clicks on the redeem button. Our waitress clicked on the redeem button before she put it in her system so she thought we had already redeemed it and was trying to scam them. If they do redeem it before they put it in their systems then they can look up the date and time of when it was redeemed to prove that is was just redeemed.
