Tristan is absolutely incredible! He’s very patient and does his best to personalize everyone’s workout. I really enjoy the workouts and recommend this class for all!

The instructor/trainer is great. He knows what he's doing and creates a very friendly atmosphere. No matter your fitness level you'll fit right in. The trainer is very interactive, sees to everybody, makes everyone feel welcomed and motivated, and is full of great positive energy.

i am just at the beginning of my journey with champion, but tristen has already motivated me....i am getting up in the morning to exercises, which is something i have NEVER done. he is great at realizing not everyone in the class is at the same level and doesn't make those of us at the "lower" level feel bad about that, which just encourages me to work harder to get to the "higher" lever!!!

Tristian Owens is the instructor and he's very motivational and helpful.
