Treatment was good but nail polish started chipping off after 2 days. This also happened to a friend of mine.

Perhaps the only thing disappointing (and this was so minor, it would never deter me from returning) was the 'chocolate nibbles' provided with my chocolate mani/pedi. They brought me cookies and hot chocolate. I guess I was expecting something a bit more 'adult' like fancy chocolates.

The only problem I had was that their website said that walkins were welcomed, but after driving nearly 35 minutes to get to the salon, I was turned away because they said that I needed an appointment. This didn't make me happy, but when I finally returned with an appointment, the service was great. A bit of advice- If you don't accept walkins, it shouldn't be on your website.

Man did a good job on nails but the file, buffer, and sander were not sanitized. Hope i dont get a fungus.
