They have mats to use if you don't have one or forget yours. It's a nice touch that not every studio offers.

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors. Went to rockin' hot for the first time. Lori's style is so different from Jeff, but she made it a fun, new experience for me!! Yay!!!
