The salon is wheelchair accessible. The restroom, however, will not fit a scooter or wheelchair. Otherwise, very friendly staff and clean property. Lili is an incredible owner and has you feel immediately at home. Off parking is convenient and free (remember this is Sausalito). London is a sweet and informative esthetician. You will enjoy your visit there.

Really confusing phone calls trying to change my appointment, however a really nice guy colored my hair, waited for me to get cash to tip him but did not used the color requested, and only did my roots, after more than an hour in the heater got a final result of different tone from the rest of my hair, after he did cut a little the tips and I had to go home and die my hair again by my self. Good people , nice place, but wasted my time and his... Thanks!
I was extremely unsatisfied with this salon. The two stylists were not very friendly, and the owner told me the only reason I even had an appointment was because someone had made a mistake. The owner herself did my highlights which did not end up looking natural at all as I had asked, despite her claiming to be the "master stylist" and she was in such a rush that she flung bleach on me multiple times The man who cut my hair also refused to do it the way I asked because he, "doesn't trust women." Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I will most definitely not be returning nor recommending this salon to anybody that I care even a little bit about.
