The information that I was given by the person answering the phone when I called for general information and to schedule an appointment, was erroneous. Contrary to what I was initially told, I did receive my 1st treatment at the consult appointment, and the 2-week prep I was told to adhere to prior to 1st treatment was not necessary per Melinda Mcalees, who performs evaluations and administers the treatments. I told her of this misinformation and she advised that she would 'reeducate' staff on protocols. I was very impressed with Melinda's knowledge and willingness to take the time to educate me on the process.

Melinda is super sweet, and attentive I highly recommend her services!

Come early for the first appointment to complete the paperwork.
