They showed up sooner than I expected. I didn't have that much to move, but the job was done in no time!

My move was scheduled for 9 a.m. on 1/15/14. Nobody showed up or called. I did not receive a call until 10:30 a.m. from Chris. They had a truck that broke down and they were running late. I informed him at that time that I was in a volatile divorce situation and time was crucial for me to get out of my house. He assured me they would be there by 11:45-12 p.m. and I requested that he keep my updated as I was very stressed and concerned. 12 passed and again I received no communication. I called the only number provided upwards to 20 times with no response. The truck and movers finally arrived at 1:15 p.m., 4 hours late. I was also over charged by $100.

They were late showing up. Slow moving once they got there. Took forever to get to the other destination that was only an hour and ten minutes away. They were not carful with my things and Brooke a leg on my armoire and when I called the company they did nothing about it! Would not have this company move me again!

Really expensive. I called after the move for additional questions and emailed..I never heard anything back.

The staff was friendly however they didn't show up for my scheduled move forcing me to stay and pay rent for an additional 2 days. When they did reschedule, they were late and left their location at the time they were scheduled to be to me. Really disappointed in the way I was treated.

Terrible organization. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. It is often best to return calls to your customers, especially after multiple times of trying to get a hold of you. Abide by your contracts, and work around your mistakes........after all, without customers, you wouldn't be getting ANY business.
