On my first appt the apt maintenance had a conflict and wouldn't let them in. They rescheduled with no problems and did a wonderful job. Will use them again.

It was extremely difficult to communicate with the ladies as I spoke no Spanish and they spoke no English. I realized soon after they left they had taken several things that weren't supposed to be thrown out so that was super annoying as well.

I purchased the service with the intent to use the professional janitorial workers for specific cleaning tasks. Crew that showed up stated they would only do "light cleaning" - thus they were unable / unwilling to do the work I intended. This was NOT worth the price I paid, sorry.
