My daughter had her first class, she could not loved more the class. She was very excited and happy when the class finished. The place is perfectly clean and smells great. Love it! Totally recommended.

At Kowkabany’s Family Martial Arts, Laura and David teach self-defense tactics and guide students through dynamic punches and kicks, while emphasizing the importance of life skills such as self-discipline and focus. The studio is a member of the American Tae Kwon Do Association, offering training programs for adults and youngsters, where kids as young as three can learn the importance of fitness and discipline while building the confidence to stand up to bullies or ask a hardhearted hall monitor to prom.

The only tip I can give, is don't wait! This is not just for your kids, it's for you, it's to stay fit, healthy. Supports good habits, the owners are very nice and they explain everything to you, they are very welcoming, and as soon as you arrive, you immediately feel like one of the family!

It is great that you involve the parents in the kids behavioural achievement. It helps the kids to understand that not only do they need to be good students for their teachers but most importantly for their parents. Kids nowadays take their parents for granted. So thank you!!

These people are amazing teachers, my kids are 6 and 8 and they love Taekwondo. Energetic, fun, positive encouragement and yet, very disciplined. I am very impressed with the professionalism and overall spirit of this establishment, they have their act together!
