My dog was happy to see me when I picked her up, but as soon as we got in the car she started whining because she wanted to go back and play some more. You certainly wore her out, though. She slept really well that night. The perfect way to burn off some energy.

Felt bad that our beagle was considered a small dog and that only large dogs get to use the pool. They said small dogs don't like the pool, but I know ours does! Also,we were unable to connect to the webcam which was very important to us. That was disappointing!

While the staff was friendly they over charged me, she said it would only be an additional $12 to have my dog play with other dogs, my dog got there mid-day Monday and I picked her up a little after 1pm on Wednesday, they never mentioned that the additional $12 was puree day!!!! For that I could have just taken her to the park and she could have played with other dogs for free !!!! She want even there long enough for me to be charged each day!!! Ridiculous!!!

Will not be going back. My dog was dehydrated and they had given him the wrong food. The dog threw up at night and got the runs all day after. The promised Internet connection that lets you see your dog never worked. When we complained the manager swore he always had water there. so we asked was he there on Sunday and of course he wasn't. One of the two guys working on Sunday looked like a complete degenerate (Pile cap on in fl, saggy jeans, huge holes in earlobes, tattoos coming all out his shirt, etc.). The other guy didn't know where the dogs stuff was, had no check out roster, and didn't even bother to lean forward in his chair while try to mediocre customer service. This place sucks, because of the customer service.
