As I navigated through the site, I did not see what I needed to bring to be ready for one of the classes. Maybe I missed it, but it would have been helpful to know that I needed my own mat as one was not provided. I say this as other studios had mats available at no charge. :-). I did enjoy the class and will be back!!

Her new location is beautiful and so close to home. Wendy and the friendly staff are very good at what they do. They are experienced and knowledgeable instructors. There is a variety of classes and new things to try. Yesterday I did the bar sculpt class and will be back.
