I was very impressed with the level of knowledge the therapist had of anatomy, what can go wrong and how to heal it. I realize it is not a quick fix, so I intend to continue there in seeking a lasting result.

The folks there were very welcoming and friendly. It was my first ever massage, and I was very comfortable there. They listened to my concerns about particular muscles I have knots in because of recreational endurance running. By the time I left I felt that the knots had been worked out.
