Made me feeel welcome and accepted

It was a great experience and I plan to have many other services done in the future.

The treatment was much shorter (35 min) than other I have gotten at several spas. Britten was kind and punctual.

The girl that did my facial was unprofessional and just talked about opening up her own place and how she hated doing micro-derm all day long. The facial was way too fast as well. I wasn't even there for 30 minutes.

Aesthetician was fantastic, but receptionists and workers at the front were very unfriendly and appeared to dislike their job with everyone they interacted with. A spa is a place people go to hoping to feel better and relax, not get attitude.

Ad sounded more that what it was. They just wiped your face and used a loose crystal microderm machine. Put on what was called a moisture mask and then moisturizer. I thought I was supposed to get a peel mask and they said someone had an issue so they are not allowed to do a peel with microderm.

The place itself seemed nice however I didn't feel I was pampered like I am at other spas. Usually when I have a treatment like microdermabrasion or a facial, I am offered a robe, soft lighting, and nice music. I was not offered any of these things and just felt like I was in and out very quickly. I would rather pay a little more for a better experience.
