I didn't find the staff all that friendly, not the best in customer service -- it might be a minor thing to some but two different staff members repeatedly called me by the wrong name, even when I corrected them both a couple of times, this lack of attention definitely rubbed me wrong. The massage therapist was ok though she didn't really do any of what I asked her to do, so while relaxing once finished I didn't feel she had worked out any of the areas I'd asked her to concentrate on. In addition the room was chilly so my feet especially were frozen the whole time, hard to relax in that environment. The reflexology was a nice experience, the only thing was that I'd hoped the woman would be able to tell me more about the connections of the points with the different areas of the body and if this treatment was supposed to be beneficial in any way beyond just some additional relaxation, but she didn't seem all that knowledgeable. If the staff had been friendlier and more attentive then perhaps I would try it again with a different massage therapist but especially after the name thing I doubt I'll ever go back, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I went in expecting a good deep tissue massage and an hour of foot reflexology and I got a person who thought she had the touch- and it all felt like just a touch. it was like going to a school for beginners. also made us wait almost an entire hour due to their lack of organization. left more tense than when I came in
