Did not install the replacement shocks correctly They had to be redone Did not remove the "maintenance light" indicator had to come back

I purchased a voucher for an oil change, tire rotation, and A/C inspection. I knew that the A/C system had a leak and passed on that portion of the service. However upon completion, I noticed that they did not rotate my tires. I asked the guy to put the truck back on the rack. He refused; stating the tread on the tire had reached the wear bar in between the tire tread. I inspected each tire and although the tires do have wear none were worn to the point of the wear bar. I took the the truck down the street to Discount where I had purchased the tires and had them inspect and rotate the tires. I asked if the tires were "unsafe" - The gentleman stated that I had another year or two of treadlife based on my current driving habbits. Saddened that Greulich's, a Christian organization, could not complete the task at hand.
