He arrived right on time. I love that the company not only sends you a text but also an email with the technician that will show up to your house, along with a little information on him. You expect them to show up and do their work but it helps to make it feel like it's not a stranger doing the work. He was comfortable working with my dogs barking at him and was able to provide me more information on my unit, which was very helpful since I only bought my home last October and wasn't provided a lot of information when I bought the place. I definitely will be using Penguin Air in the future.

Jenni from Penguin Air arrived to service my 2 newer Trane HVAC systems. She was thorough, professional and exceptional! I bought a service contract and had my account annotated that only Jenni would be allowed to return to service my units. She took photos of the disarray my previous company left my Trane equipment in - it's a downright disgrace and sloppy. I did not venture up into the attic to inspect the previous company's work, but clearly I should have after Jenni showed me the poor workmanship. I'll never let Orangatan back into my home. Penguin Air is number One in my book and it should be in yours as well.

My technician was very thorough and honest. He explained to me in detail what was going on so that I would understand it even though I knew nothing about air conditioning.

The technicians who came were friendly, polite and personable. They explained what they were doing and the results of their findings.They presented the options they thought appropriate. There was no hard sell, which for me, was very important.
