Great yoga studio. Very rooted in tradition and yoga philosophy. I definitely recommend Yoga Nirvana to anyone looking to go deeper in their practice.

Great teacher and atmosphere!

This was great. It’s a warm room which I hate, but it’s prob better for stretchability. GREAT teachers I’ve had so far. I enjoyed it.

If your looking for a yoga place, you must visit Yoga Nirvana. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Amazing, will be back!

This is the first time I've gone to Yoga Nirvana and had a really good session! A friend of mine recommended the studio, so I finally gave it a try. My instructor was awesome and had my pouring sweat. Would highly recommend.

Amazing class. I left the class feeling physically tired from a complete workout but emotionally energized. The pace of the class allowed for a complete pose cycle, no rushing from one pose to the next. Yoga the way yoga was designed. Thank you.

This is an amazing studio. It is not heated but I still find it very challenging. I love hot yoga but yoga nirvana classes build internal heat enough so that I end sessions sweaty. I love that each class is different. Whether you’re new or advanced they give you great options to “uplevel.” The emphasis on spirituality is what sets this place apart though. I love it and highly recommend
