About Blue Sky Yoga

Sun streams in the large windows of Blue Sky Yoga's studio, where pale-blue walls enhance the sunny, relaxing atmosphere. Inside this spacious setting, yoga students of all levels can boost flexibility and strength as they calm the mind with a variety of yoga classes. Along with open-level sessions focused on coordinating breath with movement, the instructors also lead basic, intermediate, and advanced classes to meet every student's particular experience level. Prenatal and postnatal classes and teen yoga sessions are also available.
