Due to a health issue.The person was not able to do the treatment at Ocala was not available and there would be a long delay before i could start. So I cancelled.

Waited 45 min for initial appointment . I expressed my dissatisfaction at her lack of professionalism 1st treatment ok 2nd treatment she was late and I walked out I want my money back. Please contact me immediately.

I was told I lost 5 inches. However; anyone who has had procedures like this done before you know the routine of the very loose tape measurement and at the end it's the very tight tape measurement. Would not recommend to anyone.

The treatment did not take inches off in the area treated like they said it would. I felt the girl measured me w a loose fitting measuring tape prior to treatment then again tightly after the treatment. She claimed I lost 3.5 inches. I now weigh the same and the pants are still tight :(

I just didn't show me any corrections, and they seemed to be having trouble keeping the office staffed.

No customer service. They don't return phone calls. They don't back up their claims. They never produced the "BEFORE" and "AFTER" photos (probably because there was no improvement). Big disappointment!

This whole experience was unprofessional. I had to call several times to get a response for an appointment. After setting up appointments, sometimes I was called and left messages that they had changed my appointment time and/or location. Of course again I could not reach anyone at the number I was given. There was never any discussion before each treatment that was indicated on the tracking log. The glasses to protect my eyes were only offered to me twice, I had to ask for them the other 4 times and one time they were not brought to me at all. The treatments I received did not even resemble the videos I saw from Lazer Trim Contours websight.

Machine was out of order and had to reschedule. Treatments tt interrupted. Nothing changed. Have since just dieted and lost the belly fat.
