The guy fixed my screen with a bad screen then never answered his phone for several days, then I finally got him to answer and I set up a time to come in. So I arrive at our agreed time and he was not there, and in fact and left an hour earlier and had a sign on the door saying he'd be back and the time we were supposed to meet. He arrived almost an hour late to our set time. it just didn't feel very professional. But I do give him a pro for having fixed my screen in the end, but it took some run arounds

The glass is not the same as apple, which apparently is the industry standard. The people were friendly and service done quickly. However I was disappointed with the cheap glass the broke soon afterwards.
