I've only taken classes from Linda and Cindy, so I can't speak to every instructor at this studio. However, both Linda and Cindy are excellent! I've taken classes at other Pilates studios in the past, and I find myself learning more about my own body in the short period of time that I've taken classes from these instructors than I ever did in the years of taking classes elsewhere. They both try very hard to instruct you on proper form so that you gain the most from your time there. Classes are small and intimate.

The instructors and equipment are excellent but the building and atmosphere are a bit "Conroe" when the prices are "The Woodlands".

Cindy is brilliant at Pilates instruction - incredible knowledge and truly has a passion for teaching. The Woodlands Pilates Studio has more Pilates classes options than anywhere I've ever seen. Great opportunity to try classes and to experience this unique studio!

Linda is my Pilates instructor. She is amazing. Patient, friendly, & understanding of being out of shape & having injuries. After three sessions I'm already feeling a difference. This is an excercise program I can stick with.
