Joy is certified in advanced haircutting techniques by the Toni and Guy Academy and continues her education to stay up to date on the latest trends, techniques, and definitions of “scissors.” She has also served as a Clairol Professional–certified color educator for 14 years, gaining know-how that allows her to imbue strands with deep hues and eye-catching highlights.
