About Jinky's Cafe

Jinky's deserves its own designation as a breakfast-food hub—"cafe" seems insufficient when it has 30 types of pancakes and crêpes to choose from, plus more than 200 breakfast dishes in total. It also cooks up standbys like huevos rancheros and benedicts, as well as specialty dishes such as the breakfast mac and cheese: noodles loaded with scrambled eggs, bacon, crumbled sausage, and diced ham.

The boundless variety continues into lunch and dinner, where triple-decker turkey sandwiches, spicy Baja fish tacos, and five types of chili all make appearances. Vegan and gluten-free diners aren't left in the cold, either; they find multiple options at each of Jinky's five locations.
