Chef Jason Anderson has worked in a lot of gourmet kitchens, but none quite so peripatetic as his latest venture. His mobile kitchen, Scratch-Bistro, brings folks a distinctly upper-crust menu. Fans can follow the daily schedule to get their fill of tempura shrimp tacos in chipotle remoulade, akaushi beef burgers blended with truffled mushrooms and blanketed in dijon aioli, and a rich lobster mac made with Irish cheddar aged for two years.

We ordered the Salmon, Shrimp Tacos & Lobster Mac. All very tasty. Only issue we have is that it's hard to find out what location he is at for the day. I had to call him to ask.

I have been trying to find the location of the truck for months. I called the vendor to confirm location and he never returned my phone calls.

Scratch Bistro may be great, but they are too hard to figure out where they are and match that up to my schedule. I asked on a number of occasions for a posting of their schedule on their facebook page or through an email, but never got a response. As such, they are a horrible and worthless deal.
