Check out the menu before going. You order your meal in 3 parts - the veggies and sauce, starch and protein. Don't be the person who stands there for 10 minutes trying to figure out the program! The people behind you in line will appreciate it.

I love Balance. Tasty, healthy, imaginative and I've never encountered a staff member that was not clearly happy to be there. Love this place!
