A fun workout that has lots of room for growth and challenge at any pace (you choose). I hope to try some of the other apparatus also. :) My daughter also loved the teen class.

If you've EVER wondered about aerials, do yourself a favor and visit Bird's Eye. A unique, awesome workout - challenging, but the instructors are great and work extensively with you one on one. An all around amazing, one of a kind experience. Highly recommended!
