Love this gym and workout facility. Vince is great and you will get a great and intense workout! Need ufc gloves and would recommend yoga socks or grip socks as you cannot wear shoes inside

Bring your own towel, water and fighting gloves if you have them. If not, they have gloves there that you can use. Awesome and intense workout!
