I had never done kickboxing before and it was a blast! Everyone was so friendly and it was a killer workout! I will be adding this into my workout routine for sure!

When I walked into IPD on my first day, I was welcomed into a community of fun-loving, energetic, kind, and supportive folks. My first interaction was with Todd (owner) and he made it a point that I be supplied with everything I needed.

IPD is great! The instructor knows his stuff and is patient with those of us who have never done kickboxing before. The workout is intense cardio, and I left the class feeling like I had really accomplished something. I would definitely recommend this place.
