It was misleading in your purchase because I could not use both of them on me? not sure who's fault that was I enjoyed the massage and my friend used the other one

Definitely not an assembly line place. Talks to you and finds out about your concerns and issues and then spends time discussing the different treatment options. Very thorough and will never leave you unfinished if running late.
