Vitality Center is truly everything that you should expect from a medical spa. It has a great atmosphere with a very friendly staff, a visit to this spa is a pleasant experience. My skin treatment was performed by a very well trained medical esthetician who performed my treatment plan accordingly to fit my skin’s condition. I am totally satisfied with the results I obtained, and now I am going back for some other skin treatments based on the results I already achieved.

I have been contemplating laser for years now and finally decided to get it done! The procedure has been been great, non invasive, less pain than I thought and staff very welcoming and informative. They've been nothing but kind and even accommodating a cost implication in which I overpaid for my treatment. They solved the implication with options for the reimbursement through other treatments available at the clinic. Great customer service and very up to date, modern space with latest equipment. I am super excited for my next treatment and microdermabrasion :D Thanks!
Great overall experience, friendly folks and a convenient location steps from the Dupont subway station. Larissa, clinic manager, is very approachable, understanding, and flexible with schedule. She knows everyone's name and calls with a friendly reminder prior to every single appointment. Ave, the senior medical esthetician, is the best. Very thoughtful, warm, and fun to talk to. She is dedicated and will make sure you're satisfied. Highly recommend these guys.
