This place is awesome. Classes are great - the hot inferno Pilates is the best full workout I have ever done. The facility is spotless and it is a very friendly environment. Most importantly the instructors are the best - encouraging, high energy, and knowledgeable. Great great spot - 5 stars for sure.

I love the classes. You get a great sweat out of each class. I've taken some hot yoga classes in the past. This is the first class in which I've tasted my own dripping sweat from my face. I've tried the briyan 60 and the inferno class. I will definitely come back again.
