Several of the macarons broke in transport. Perhaps you need a better way to pack these delicate cookies. Since they were for my personal use, not a gift, I did not get the "tube", which may secure them better; if so, they should be used as standard packaging.

Mini cupcakes in the freezer for a night, then defrosted in the fridge two mornings later were delicious. The salted caramel the best.
Very difficult to track down a phone number - not easy to find on the website or on the webdeal/voucher, which made it slightly challenging to try to place the order.
