The car was not cleaned properly, the floor at the drivers side was not even vacuumed, the eats were niot steam cleaned li u guys promeised. The 5hours wait for the car to be done is just crazy, who has that kinda time.

It was a terrible experience, the guy does not have the equipment, tools and other items needed for that work. the place is a $ 2.00 coins car wash . The floor of the car is still wet since two days ago, and is dirty ext/int and charged me $ 50.00 more.

Car was not clean after. They forgot the trunk. Almost forgot to give me my mats and keys. Outside of car was still dirty with bird poop. Side view mirror was not wiped. Wheels not cleaned. Some carpets left with salt stains. I would not go back.

The guys insisted I not only pay him tax, which I expected but get an additional service worth in total $50. He explained that if I did not the salt stains removed it would make a mess, etc. it seems to me if you clean carpets you clean all of it.

They do the worst job ever, unorganized, they say they do the things that are listed but doesn't do it and cut corners to save time. And they will try to scam you more money by offering you false services and hidden fees. Do not go to them ever!!!

I was told it would be 2 hours and it took 3.5 hours. It was also very difficult to arrange an appointment.
