The classes and instructors that I attended were very good. However, I found their administration process both confusing and inconsistent. When I first registered for a class I got an email asking for my coupon code and then nothing else. I had no idea if I was registered or not. They did contact me to follow up a week later and set up a login for me but did not tell me what it was until I asked. They were nice enough to extend the coupon period due to lack of availability of room in some of the classes, which I thought was a good gesture. I got an email that classes were booked for me but no list. I was to login to get this info. I would like to see their customer service improve.

I've only been once but I really enjoyed it.

The Ohm studio floor was very dirty when I was in there for yoga class. It didn't look like it had been swept in days and there were bugs crawling around my mat. It's a good thing I went back to the Brick studio (which was glorious) or I may not have had positive things to stay.

A fabulous experience with the reformer classes and I will be booking more classes immediately! Thank you for getting me back on the workout wagon.
