Everything works perfect! I spoke to Randy the sales rep who was very knowledgable and made sure I did not buy anything that I didn’t need. With the information I gave him we found that a 2 stage 70k btu furnace would heat my home although a 1 stage 80k btu furnace was previously installed. The installers Mohammed and Alshad were quick and did a professional job. They really knew their work.

Great deal on the 2-Ton got my attention - great price. I was even happier when they accomodated me on an install date! It was a heat wave, im sure they were getting hammered with calls, but i had an initial date, they had to change it to a few days later, but ended up able to come on my original date just later in the day. Thank goodness we were tired of sweating so greatly appreciated!! Also...shout out to Fred the installer. Amazing. It looks great, expertly set up, clean wiring...beautiful. Gave me lots of advice on use, even looked at my other appliance setups during a water break. So knowledgeable. Cleaned up perfectly like he was never there. No issue at all paying for the extras at install - brackets, wiring, etc - iu was a brand new install so that wouldnt have happened if i was replacing! And they had enough copper line to not need to charge me. Nice job again Fred! Highly recommended! Scott R

These guys will make you wait for invoice. I have to follow up a lot with them to get one. Now I have to reach out to consumer complaints since they charged me for full taxes.

Staff were friendly and courteous, handled the entire installation without issue. We did have to add a new master shutoff as our 20+yr old system did not have one already but they explained everything and the cost was minimal and still a huge savings compared to going through another company directly.
