One of the duct cleaners damaged the stairs of the basement, and the wood penal needs to be fixed. The cleaner assured to either interac or to come and fix the damage he caused. After confirming twice to come fix the damage, he never came and wasted whole day. The owner also promised to get it fixed and then never called back or received the call. Highly unprofessional. I would never recommend it.
