Great team. Nice place with no mirror which is nice because it prevents me from self judgement and I can be fully concentrate on my movement. I am looking for to try the other classes.

First Zumba class and I had so much fun! Kizzie is amazing and welcoming, this place exactly as advertised - laid back and judgement free. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to try Zumba but is self conscious

Absolutely amazing place ! For anyone who’s insecure about working out in front of people this is the place to go. Feels so inclusive, supportive and safe. Can’t wait to go back next week!

Took the Yin Yoga on Sunday morning and it was amazing! I’ll be coming back for more classes. It’s the most relaxed and peaceful I’ve felt all week. The instructor was great. I highly recommend it
