I am a dinosaur when it comes to IT. The only thing that gave me anxiety was not being able to talk to some one on the phone. right away in order to confirm my date. This took a took a few days. It would have been more reassuring to speak to a sales person on the phone. After you go through the vetting process you do get a phone call. But until then it is all email. After the vetting process I did receive a phone call and Caitlin was great. Very professional and helpful at answering all my questions. The site is set up very well - however, it is a little intimidating for the older set who is not comfortable with emails and who feel more reassured when talking to a represnattive. Our function has not happened yet so I will send another review after the event. I will say my husband's company used this company for our Christmas Party. They made it really fun and they were very professional, that is why I hired them for this personal event.
