After a wobbly attempt at returning to a yoga, I laid on my mat and this instructor came over and knelt down beside me. She gently encouraged me to return often, welcomed me to take all the time I needed to relax, introduced herself as Terri and then got up and left. I laid there in pure bliss, tears running down my face, thinking that my sister Terri, who recently passed away, just said hello.

Happy that I purchased this - the locaton is ideal, right along the subway line, in the heart of the city. The staff and space is great, clean studios and good vibes all around :)
