My car wasn't detailed as I was expecting.. It was still dirty from inside, carpet wasn't shampooed at all, stains were not compeletely removed and I had to borrow the rag from them to take out some visible spots while they stood and looked. Not a recommendable place :(

On further inspection after my SUV was detailed I found a number of serious shortcomings in the work. For example, the rear lugage area was not touched (not even vacuumed and I paid extra for my SUV), the front cup holders were still dirty, the side pockets in the doors were still dirty, the inside of the windshield was still covered in a glaze, still marks on the front seats, carpets were better but I expected to have them cleaner (this was the reason I bought the detailing).
