The self-defence class is great! Grant, the instructor, is so knowledgeable and very patient. He makes it accessible even for beginners. I've been wanting to take a self-defence class for awhile now and am so happy that I found this gym and started the class. A bonus is that no extra gear is needed for the self-defence class - just gym clothes. I can't wait to continue to learn new things at the next class!

Very welcoming environment. Suitable for beginners and people with martial arts/fighting background. The Muay Thai instructor Jeremy made sure that I was understanding throughout the entire class

I went to my first class today. Corey was my first instructor and his class was very good and hard lol The gym itself is very nice, small and very equipped place. I would highly recommend it!

It's a very great place for beginners, great energies by the instructors and the others participants. I feel comfortable and welcomed at any time. I have been taking the self-defense classes for 3 weeks in a row and definitely coming back, try other classes and surely get an annual membership. No need to look for another place! It's the right one!
