The staff really push the Aveda products, which is fine, but they should know more about the products and specific ingredients when asked about them. I had to go to the Aveda website to find out more about the products that were recommended by your staff. They should be pushing your spa services, you can buy Aveda at places other than your spa.

I went with a friend, She had a great technician who was polite, curtious & knowledgable. However, I found my technician to be very rude, she even rolled her eyes when I told her I was not interested in the million services she stated I desparetly needed right away (i'm only 34 with great skin) I know I do not NEED laser hair removal and she insisted that I should do my first session that day - I couldn't wait to get outta there !!
