A nice beginner class, not intimidating & not terribly physically demanding. We covered the basics, had time to get comfortable on the boards and then had lots of extra time to paddle about as we liked. You could try different types of boards if you wanted and the instructor was thorough and encouraging. I totally recommend SUPGirlz.
